Cup ordering guide
Custom Printed Cup Order Checklist for Riyadh Businesses
Before ordering cups for a café opening, an event or your next stock order, put the requirements in one brief. A clear brief makes quotations easier to compare and helps you spot missing details before production. This guide explains what to prepare for a Royal Pack enquiry in Riyadh.
1. Describe how the cups will be used
Start with the drink, serving size and whether it will be served hot or cold. Ask the supplier to confirm that the chosen cup and lid suit that use. Do not choose a cup only because its photograph looks right: material, dimensions and lid fit should be confirmed in the quotation.
2. Specify the cup type and size
State whether you need paper or plastic cups. For paper cups, identify the wall type you want to discuss: single, double or ripple wall. Royal Pack offers plastic cups in 8, 10, 12 and 16 oz. If you use more than one size, list each size separately instead of sending one total quantity.
3. Separate quantities by size and design
Royal Pack accepts enquiries for orders from 1,000 pieces. State how many pieces you need for each size and each artwork version. Ask whether your chosen printing method or split between designs changes the minimum quantity. Do not assume that 1,000 mixed cups qualify as one production run.
4. Send your logo and request the correct template
Send the best original logo or artwork file you have, along with the text and colours you want printed. Ask for the template for the exact cup selected before finalising placement. A design prepared for one cup size may need adjustment for another. Tell the team if you only have a screenshot so they can assess what preparation is needed.
5. Give the required date and delivery location
Share when you need the cups in hand, not just when you want production to start. Royal Pack’s production time depends on quantity and is confirmed in the quotation. Ask what the schedule includes, when artwork must be approved and whether delivery is included. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery commitment.
6. Compare quotations using the same specifications
Check the cup type, size, piece count, printing scope, lids and other accessories against your brief. Ask for the total payable amount and clarification of delivery, artwork preparation and any other charges. A lower unit price is only comparable when the included specifications and quantities are the same.
7. Review the details before approving production
Check spelling, Arabic and English text, logo placement, selected cup size and quantities. Ask how the design will be approved and whether a physical sample is available, with any cost or timing confirmed first. An on-screen preview helps discuss layout but should not be treated as proof of the final printed colour or material.

Example: two cup sizes for one café
If you want 1,000 cups in one size and 1,000 in another, write both lines in the brief and attach the artwork for each. Ask Royal Pack to confirm the printing method, minimums and schedule for that combination. This is an example of a clear brief, not a price or availability offer.
